Mingle with God

Scripture:

II Corinthians 13:11. “Finally, beloved friends, be cheerful! Repair whatever is broken among you, as your hearts are being knit together in perfect unity. Live continually in peace, and God, the source of love and peace, will mingle with you.”
‭‭
Observation:

Paul tells the Corinthians to be cheerful and repair the broken areas.  He tells them to let their hearts be knit together in perfect unity.  He goes on to say that they should live in peace and then God will mingle with them.

Application:

God mingles with people who are in unity, serving Him together in good relationship.  When God’s people are together and unified, He mingles with them and works through them.  When we live in peace with each other, God will work with us and bring us into fellowship with Him.  Our job is to repair what is broken and seek peace and unity.  When we do, God will mingle with us.  I want to mingle with God.

Prayer:

Father God, I want you to mingle with us at Word of Life.  I want Your presence to be strong among us and I want You to work uninhibitedly in our midst.  Help me to lead Your church into unity and togetherness.  I want You to work with us as we pursue Your will.

Yours Forever,
Jeff
