Scripture:
“but if anyone drinks the living water I give them, they will never thirst again and will be forever satisfied! For when you drink the water I give you it becomes a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit, springing up and flooding you with endless life!””
John 4:14 TPT
Observation:
Jesus said that when we drink the water He gives us we will never thirst and will be forever satisfied. He said it will become a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit that springs up and floods us with endless life. His Spirit is suppose to gush forth from us.
Application:
I want the Spirit of God to be a gushing fountain in my life. I don’t want a little stream or a well, I want a fountain that gushes forth from the presence of the Lord. I want to be fully submitted to the Lord so that His river of life can flow through my life. I want the Spirit that lives in me to flow out of me without measure.
Prayer:
Father, let Your Spirit overflow in my life. Let a gushing fountain like a geyser flow from my life. I want Your Spirit to work in and through my life in every-increasing ways. Help me to submit myself to You continually and to do what You are saying at all times. Help me to be more sensitive to Your voice and to work with You to accomplish Your work.

Jeff

Life in the Word
Scripture:
“These instructions are not empty words—they are your life! By obeying them you will enjoy a long life in the land you will occupy when you cross the Jordan River.””
Deuteronomy 32:47 NLT
Observation:
These words are part of a song Moses wrote. He says that the instructions the Lord gave him are not empty words, they are LIFE! When you obey them you will be blessed and have all the blessings recorded in Deuteronomy. When you choose not to obey, you will have all the curses of Deuteronomy. His words are more than just words... they are LIFE.
Application:
When I read the Bible, I want to realize that I am not reading mere words, but that I am receiving LIFE when I read His words. I want to approach the Word of God with more and more passion and joy. I want His word to be like a fire shut up in my bones as Jeremiah said.
Prayer:
Lord, place an insatiable desire for more of Your Word in my life. Help me not to simply read it, but to love it, apply it, walk in it, and be full of it. Let Your Word guide my life and lead me where I need to go. Let Your Word be the passion of my life and let me enjoy a long blessed life because I obey Your word.
Yours,
Jeff

So That You May Live
Scripture:
““The Lord your God will change your heart and the hearts of all your descendants, so that you will love him with all your heart and soul and so you may live!”
Deuteronomy 30:6 NLT
Observation:
Moses is coming near the end of his life and is speaking on the Lord’s behalf to those who will enter the Promised Land. He tells them that when they start going astray, “The Lord your God will change your heart and the hearts of all your descendants, so that you will love him with all your heart and soul and so you may live!” Even when they stray away, God says He will change their hearts and their descendants hearts.
Application:
God still changes hearts. This says that God will change your heart and your descendant’s hearts. He does it so we may live. I am believing God that my descendants will follow the Lord completely and fully. I want my descendants to love the Lord with all their heart and soul so they may live. We can still pray for God to change hearts and people, no matter what has happened to them.
Prayer:
Father, Let my descendants worship You with all their heart and soul. Let me sons follow after You completely and obey all Your commands so they can live a blessed life. There is nothing I want more than for my children and their children to follow You with their whole hearts. When they get away from You, change their hearts and bring them back to You.
Yours,
Jeff

The Guaranteed Blessings of Following the Lord
Scripture:
““The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.”
Deuteronomy 28:8 NLT
Observation:
In this passage, the Lord guaranteed the people of Israel that is they would follow Him completely and not serve any other gods, He would guarantee a blessing on everything they did. He said He would make sure their storehouses were filled with grain and that His blessing would be on their lives. He guaranteed it if they would obey His decrees.
Application:
In the NT we have been grafted in as spiritual Israel. We who believe have inherited Israel’s blessings when we obey. We are God’s sons and daughters. Therefore, He has also guaranteed a blessing on our lives as well. We are now the children of Abraham and part of the covenant. In the covenant, when we do our part, God always do His part. We are promised here that there will be no lack.
Prayer:
Father, You are good and You faithfulness is incredible. Help me to walk in Your ways and to fulfill Your will in my life each day. I want to hear Your voice and follow completely. Fill my storehouses as You promised and let Your blessing be evident in my life. As I fully obey and follow You, overflow my life with Your blessings and teach me to walk in the blessed life.
Your Son,
Jeff

When God Breaks His Own Rules
Scripture;
““No Ammonite or Moabite or any of their descendants for ten generations may be admitted to the assembly of the Lord.”
Deuteronomy 23:3 NLT
Observation:
This Scripture forbids Ammonites and Moabites, and their descendants, from being admitted into he assembly of the Lord. I’ve recently been doing a study of women of the Bible on Wednesday nights. Today I realized that Ruth was a Moabite and the ancestor of king David and eventually King Jesus. God will break His own rules when He sees a heart that wants to serve Him completely.
Application:
God is God and He can do whatever He wants. He makes His rules and sometimes He will break His own rules because He sees the heart of a person who truly wants to follow Him. This gives great hope to me and all those who feel they have messed up in the past and forfeited the plan of God. God doesn’t look at who you think you are, but at your heart and will honor those how honor Him, no matter what they have done wrong.
Prayer:
Father, You are incredible. There is no God like our God. You look straight at the heart instead of the Law. You will bypass the Pharisees to touch a heart that is truly seeking You. You accept those who are suppose to be rejected. You love all people, regardless of their lineage. Help me to love and respect people of all races, colors, languages and creeds, just like You do.
Your Son,
Jeff

Set Apart
Scripture:
“You have been set apart as holy to the Lord your God, and he has chosen you from all the nations of the earth to be his own special treasure.”
Deuteronomy 14:2 NLT
Observation:
In this passage, God says that Israel was set apart as holy to the Lord and they were chosen from all the nations of the earth to be his own treasure. IN the New Covenant, we are grafted in to the lineage of Abraham and these words apply to us if we are His people. Peter tells us that we are a chosen generation and a royal priesthood. He goes on to call us God’s own special treasure.
Application:
I need to remember that God has chosen me to be His own special treasure. He has plans for my life and I need to follow Him with my whole heart. I also must see those around me who are also part of God’s family as God’s own special treasure. God values people and I must do the same. I can’t call common what God has called uncommon.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to honor Your people. Help me to value what You value and esteem highly what You esteem highly. Help me not to see people only from a human perspective, but from Your perspective. Teach me to love people like You love people.
Your Son,
Jeff

The Blessing of Obedience
Scripture:
“Be careful to obey all my commands, so that all will go well with you and your children after you, because you will be doing what is good and pleasing to the Lord your God.”
Deuteronomy 12:28 NLT
Observation:
God tells His people here to be careful to obey all of His commands. He adds to it the reason, so that it will all go well with you and your children after you. He goes on to say that you will be doing what is good and pleasing to the Lord. In other words, God constantly was telling His people to carefully obey His commands because He wanted to bless them with great favor and an awesome life.
Application:
Over and over God told His people in the OT to carefully obey Him. We must learn to carefully obey the Lord in every area of our lives. I want His word written on the tables of my heart and I want to fully obey Him in every area. I want to walk in His blessings, but also realize that my obedience is the key to my blessings. I want to learn to obey.
Prayer:
Lord God, help me to do Your will in every part of my life. I want to walk in Your favor and blessings. I want my children to be blessed and to see the day of good things. Forgive me for incomplete obedience. Show me how to completely and fully obey You.

Be Careful
Scripture:
““But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the Lord your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today.”
Deuteronomy 8:11 NLT
Observation:
God was about to bring the children of Israel into the Promised Land. He told them He was going to bless them and kick all their enemies out of the land. He gave them specific instructions about how to defeat their enemies, but He also knew the human spirit and warned them about being careful to remember Him when their day of blessing came.
Application:
Many times, like the people of Israel, we seek God to bless us, then when He blesses us, we go and do our thing or think we achieved greatness on our own. It is in the season of blessing that we need to be careful. We must learn to honor God in the good times and in the bad times. He must be praised for every good thing He has done for us. God does bless His people and blesses obedience. WHen He does, we must be careful to not forget Him.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to walk humbly before You all the days of my life. You have blessed me over and over. Without You, my life would be a disaster. I need You Lord. Help me to always remember that every good thing in my life is because of You. You are the source of every good thing that has ever happened to me.
Yours,
Jeff

Stay on the Path
Scripture:
“Stay on the path that the Lord your God has commanded you to follow. Then you will live long and prosperous lives in the land you are about to enter and occupy.”
Deuteronomy 5:33 NLT
Observation:
Moses told the people of Israel, as he was speaking for the Lord, that they needed to stay on the path God had commanded them. He promised them that if they would, they would live long and prosperous lives in the Promised Land. If they did their part, God would do His part and their lives would be blessed and prosperous.
Application:
Every covenant God makes has two parts. One part is our part, IF we do whatever, THEN He will do what He Promised. Our goal should be to honor the IFs and follow the Lord with our whole heart, then He will do His part and bless us and prosper us. I want to walk in the complete and total blessing of the Lord. I want to live a life of complete obedience and I want to live a life in His blessing.
Prayer:
Father, help me to do Your will above all else. Help me to do my part of the IF so that You can do Your part of the THEN. Teach me obedience in all areas. Show me Your will and then empower me to do it. I am Yours.
Your Son,
Jeff

Helping Others Win Their Battles
Scripture:
“We will cross the Jordan into Canaan fully armed to fight for the Lord, but our property will be here on this side of the Jordan.””
Numbers 32:32 NLT
Observation:
The tribes of Gad and Reuben had seen the land on the east side of the Jordan River. It was across from the Promised Land, but not in the Promised Land. They decided they wanted to settle there instead of going across. Moses told them they could have the land, but they needed to go into the Promised Land and fight with Israel until everyone defeated their enemies and the land was divided to the tribes. They decided to go over and fight for their brothers and sisters, then come back to their own land.
Application:
Sometimes we are called on to fight battles that are not our own. It may be the battle a friend or brother or sister in the Body of Christ, but there will always be times when we need to help someone else fight their battles in life. When we help others fight their battles, our needs will be met for us. God always provides for those who are caring for others.
Prayer:
Lord, teach me what battles to fight and who needs my help. Help me to never be self-centered and think only of my own needs and desires, but to think of others. I want to see those around me begin to win battles. SHow me how to help.

Don’t Make Vows You Cannot Keep
Scripture:
“A man who makes a vow to the Lord or makes a pledge under oath must never break it. He must do exactly what he said he would do.”
Numbers 30:2 NLT
Observation:
God is very clear here about the making of vows to the Lord. He says if we make one, we are to do exactly what we said we would do. We must never break a vow. Jesus told us to let our yes be yes and our no be no. When we say something, we are to follow through on it.
Application:
Many times our heart wants to do something and we let our lips say it. I must learn to refrain from making promises I can’t keep. God takes this very seriously, and I need to be stronger in my resolve not to make vows I can’t keep. Many times my heart wants to do more than my body and mind are able to do and I overcommit, then I have to break a promise. I need to work on this.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to not make a promise unless I know I can follow through on it. Teach me to honor my word and follow through on the words I speak. Let my yes and yes and my no be no. I don’t want to make promises I cannot keep.
Yours,
Jeff

As Zealous as the Lord
Scripture:
““Phinehas son of Eleazar and grandson of Aaron the priest has turned my anger away from the Israelites by being as zealous among them as I was. So I stopped destroying all Israel as I had intended to do in my zealous anger.”
Numbers 25:11 NLT
Observation:
Phinehas, the grandson of Aaron the priest, saw a man take a Midianite woman into his tent in front of the whole camp of Israel. When he did, he took a spear into the tent and thrust it through the man and into the woman. About this, God said Phinehas was “as zealous as I am... So I stopped destroying all Israel as I had intended to do.” God honored the zeal of Phinehas and said it was like His very own.
Application:
God is a zealous God and He likes it when His people get zealous for Him as well. Zeal can cause people to do wrong things, but truly righteous zeal will honor God. I want to get angry about what God gets angry about and I want to be sad about what saddens Him. I want to be happy by what makes God happy and zealous about what He is zealous about.
Prayer:
Father, make me zealous about the right things. Let me represent You well. Help me to not be zealous for zeal’s sake, but to be zealous about what You are zealous about. Teach me when to be zealous for You and when to step back.
Yours Forever,
Jeff

God is Trustworthy
Scripture:
“God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?”
Numbers 23:19 NLT
Observation:
Balak was trying to pay off Balaam to speak a word against Israel, but he couldn’t and wouldn’t because he was to say only what God wanted him to say. He understood that he can’t reverse what God wants to do. God doesn’t speak and then fail to act! He does what He says He will do. This should give us great confidence in His words.
Application:
When God speaks... it is going to happen! It may not happen when we want, but it will happen. He is truly trustworthy. He is faithful to do what He says He will do. I need to trust Him more every day. I want to stand bold and confident and declare what God has declared in power.
Prayer:
Father, fill my life with faith in Your and faith in Your words. You don’t change your mind or fail to bring to pass what You speak. Help me to raise my level of trust in Your words, both written and Rhema. Teach me to walk in faith and not by sight. I want to trust You more because You are worthy of my very best.

Complete Obedience
Scripture:
“Then Moses raised his hand and struck the rock twice with the staff, and water gushed out. So the entire community and their livestock drank their fill. But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust me enough to demonstrate my holiness to the people of Israel, you will not lead them into the land I am giving them!””
Numbers 20:11-12 NLT
Observation:
Moses was told by the Lord to speak to the rock and water would flow out of it. God Told him exactly what he was suppose to do, but Moses did it his own way. Instead of speaking to the rock, Moses struck the rock twice, and was not allowed to enter the Promised Land because of it.
Application:
When God speaks, we need to listen and obey completely. I’ve heard it said that partial obedience is disobedience. Sometimes when I hear the Lord speak something, I will partially obey instead of doing exactly what I hear from Him. I want to fully obey God every single time. I want to walk in the blessings of complete obedience.
Prayer:
Father, teach me to obey You completely. Help me not to short cut things or do my own will instead of Yours. First, I want to hear Your voice clearly, then I want to obey fully. Help me to hear better and obey better. I want to represent You well on the earth. I want to see the day of Your power flowing mightily in my life, but I realize that complete obedience is necessary. Help me to get there.
Yours,
Jeff
God Brings Dead Things to Life
Scripture:
“When he went into the Tabernacle of the Covenant the next day, he found that Aaron’s staff, representing the tribe of Levi, had sprouted, budded, blossomed, and produced ripe almonds!”
Numbers 17:8 NLT
Observation:
Moses was proving God’s choice of Aaron by putting almond branches in front of the Ark of God’s Presence. The next day, all of them were lying there on the ground, but Aaron’s rod had sprouted, budded, blossomed and produced almonds. In one night, God brought the dead to life and accelerated it’s growth.
Application:
We need to be people of faith. If God can make a rod, that has been separated from the tree, to grow and produce fruit overnight, He can also bring life to things that appear dead in our lives. God can cause things to blossom that everyone has given up on. I am looking for God to sprout, bud, blossom and produce in our church this week. I’m believing for accelerated growth.
Prayer:
Father, I have stepped out and done whatever I have felt You wanted me to do. I have followed You as completely as I know how. Now, accelerate growth in our ministry. Let’s us reach more people for Christ this year than ever before. Let this region see Your mighty hand. Let revival come to Loudoun County, VA.

The Heart of Moses
Scripture:
“But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit upon them all!””
Numbers 11:29 NLT
Observation:
Moses had just set apart 70 elders who the Lord put His Spirit upon so they could prophesy. Eldad and Medad, were not in the 70, but were hungry for God and His Spirit came on them and they began to prophesy. This brought jealousy and the elders brought the word to Moses that someone he didn’t call was prophesying. Moses’ reply was “I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them all!”
Application:
Rather than being jealous when the Spirit of God is on someone’s life, as a leader I should rejoice and long for the day when all of God’s people have His Spirit on them and are able to prophesy. As a leader, my goal must be that everyone around me can walk in the Spirit at the same level or greater than I do. My dream should be that God’s Spirit would be mighty upon all of His people. I believe the next great move of God is coming through the chairs and not the pulpits. I believe God is going to raise up people from nowhere who will walk in tremendous anointing. My job is to pray for it and release it as it comes.
Prayer:
Father, let Your Spirit rest on Your church. We are called a chosen generation and a royal priesthood. We area called a holy nation that is set apart for You. Let Your Spirit come powerfully upon Your people in these days. Let Your people walk in Your power and grace. Let the next army of God arise and destroy the works of the devil.
Yours,
Jeff

Chosen
Scripture:
““Of all the people of Israel, the Levites are reserved for me. I have claimed them for myself in place of all the firstborn sons of the Israelites; I have taken the Levites as their substitutes.”
Numbers 8:16 NLT
Observation:
Rather than just having the firstborn son of every Israelite, the Lord chose the Levites for Himself. They were to represent the people before the Lord and were to be set apart from every other tribe because they were to serve the Lord completely. God wanted a group of people who would be completely His.
Application:
In the New Testament, we are called a chosen generation and a royal priesthood. In the New Testament, God is still looking for a people who will be completely His. From the beginning, God has desired a people who would be completely dedicated to Him. Jesus gave us that provision with His blood on the cross. Now we are a priesthood of all believers. I need to see myself as completely set apart for the things of God. I want to be totally His.
Prayer:
Lord God Almighty, You are incredible and it is an honor to serve You. I want to be completely Yours. I want to serve You well in my generation. Walk with me and talk with Me. Share Your heart with me and let me do Your will at all times. Let me clearly hear Your voice and I will respond. Draw me nearer to You daily. I am Yours.
Your Son,
Jeff

Blessing God’s People
Scripture:
“‘May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.’ Whenever Aaron and his sons bless the people of Israel in my name, I myself will bless them.””
Numbers 6:24-27 NLT
Observation:
This blessing was given to Aaron and His sons to be spoken over God’s people. God said that when they pronounced this blessing on them, God would Himself bless them. In the New Testament, we are a kingdom of priests to the Lord. When we pronounce a blessing, it will stand.
Application:
We need to speak and release the blessing of God to His people. This blessing speaks of God’s blessing, his protection, Him smiling on people and being gracious to them. It asks the Lord to show favor and give peace to His people. I need to speak the blessings of God as a minister. I want to see God’s people blessed, therefore, I need to bless them.
Prayer:
Father, forgive me for not blessing Your people. It says here that when Aaron or his sons pronounced this blessing, that You Yourself would bless them. I want to see Your people blessed. Remind me to speak over them the blessing of the Lord that they may prosper.
Your Son,
Jeff

Exactly
Scripture:
“So the people of Israel did everything as the Lord had commanded Moses. Each clan and family set up camp and marched under their banners exactly as the Lord had instructed them.”
Numbers 2:34 NLT
Observation:
The people of Israel did everything the Lord commanded Moses. They marched, exactly as the Lord had instructed them. They didn’t listen to the Lord, then determine how they would adapt what He wanted to fit their surroundings, they did exactly what He said to do. Their precision was not in fulfilling their plans, but their precision was in doing EXACTLY what God had commanded.
Application:
I am guilty of getting and idea from the Lord and then trying to think of ways to make it work better or thinking of reasons why it wouldn’t work. The people of Israel did EXACTLY what the Lord told them to do and were blessed for it. I need to stop trying to fix the ideas the Lord gives me and do exactly what He says. In order to do that, I need to hear EXACTLY what He wants me to do.
Prayer:
Father, open my ears to hear what You want me to do and give me a heart that won’t budge on what You said. Help me to follow You wholeheartedly. Show me the areas that I am modifying what You wanted me to do and help me to implement all that You want me to. Guide my life Lord every day. Open my ears to hear Your voice clearly and give me a heart to follow You completely.

Jeff

Go and Preach
Scripture:
“Now you must go into all the nations and preach repentance and forgiveness of sins so that they will turn to me. Start right here in Jerusalem.”
Luke 24:47 TPT
Observation:
After Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection He told His disciples that they needed to go into all the nations and preach repentance and forgiveness of sins. He also told them to wait for the promise of the Father when they would be empowered to carry out the mission.
Application:
It is still the job of true disciples to go into all the world and preach repentance and forgiveness of sins in all the world. We also need to seek the power of the Holy Spirit to fill our lives so that we can properly witness for Him. I want to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in as many nations as possible before His return and I want to be part of supporting those who are doing it as well. This is why I live.
Prayer:
Father, help me to support missions and go myself into all the world with the Good News of repentance and forgiveness. Open doors for me to speak on Your behalf and I will do my best to represent You well. I am willing to go, send me.
Yours,
Jeff

Stand Firm and Endure
Scripture:
“And by standing firm with patient endurance you will find your souls’ deliverance.””
Luke 21:19 TPT
Observation:
Jesus was telling His disciples about the last days and the troubles they would need to endure. He told them that he would give them the words to speak when they were persecuted and then told them that by standing firm with patient endurance, they would find deliverance for their souls.
Application:
Sometimes the answer we are looking for is simply to walk in patient endurance. It is easy to look for a way out of a bad situation. The hard thing to do is to endure patiently. This takes a level of trust in God that is incredible. I have to learn to walk in patient endurance and let God fight my battles and bring my deliverance. I need to spend more time with Him and allow Him to lead me and guide me more and more.
Prayer:
Father, help me to walk this trust walk with more and more confidence. When things are not good, help me to walk in patient endurance, truly knowing that all things will work together for good in my life. Help me to have absolute confidence that God is with me and not against me. Help me to know Your voice and walk in Your confidence.

The Word of God
Scripture:
“Heaven and earth will disintegrate before even the smallest detail of the word of God will fail or lose its power.”
Luke 16:17 TPT
Observation:
Jesus told those around Him that heaven and earth would pass away or disintegrate before the Word of God would fail or lose its power. The word of God is alive and powerful. It can change lives and situations. We must believe that God’s word is able to bring about the change that is needed in our lives. If His word can created the world, then His word can turn our stories around.
Application:
I need to read God’s Word and study it more and more. If what Jesus said it true, then I need to know this powerful word inside and out. I need to study it, pray it, believe it and walk it. I need to get this word into my heart and into my spirit so that it pours out of my mouth. One word from God can turn everything around in our lives.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to read and study Your word more. Teach me to walk with You at a greater level. I’m reminded of Peter when he said, Nevertheless, at your word, we will let down out nets. When the word of the Lord opposes my own intellect, help me to go with the Word and not my mind.
Yours,
Jeff

Excuses
Scripture:
““I say to you all, the one who receives an invitation to feast with me and makes excuses will never enjoy my banquet.””
Luke 14:24 TPT
Observation:
Jesus was telling the story of a man who was throwing a huge banquet and invited all of the high and mighty people. When they were approached, they all had excuses for why they couldn’t attend. Jesus finished the story with the verse above. “The one who receives an invitation to feast with me and makes excuses will never enjoy my banquet.”
Application:
God has invited all of us to an incredible banquet. He has invited us to be with Him and have fellowship with Him. We cannot make excuses when the King of all Kings wants to fellowship with us. I need to eliminate excuses from my life. I have always felt that I would do more for the Lord when I have enough money, staff, resources, etc. God is saying to me that I need to stop making excuses and start obeying when He tells me to do something.
Prayer:
Lord God, help me to obey You without making any excuses. Enable me to walk in obedience and not complaint. Teach me to walk an excuse-free life, simply doing what You call me to do. I want to do Your will, but I have made excuses. Forgive me Lord.

Walk in God’s Authority
Scripture:
“Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority.”
Luke 10:19 TPT
Observation:
Jesus was sending out seventy who were going to share His message. He gave them authority to trample over the power of the enemy and told them nothing would be able to harm them as they walked in His authority. When you are doing the will of the Father, you walk in incredible authority. It is when we are doing our own will that we need to be cautious.
Application:
Jesus never sends His people out on His behalf without the power and authority to do what He says they need to do. When we are doing the will of the Father and advancing His kindgdom, we can count on His enabling power to flow through us. Our job is to make sure we are doing the will of God and not our own will. As we learn to hear His voice and obey, we will see the increase in spiritual authority.
Prayer:
Father, teach me to hear and obey Your voice. Enable me to walk in Your authority as I also walk in obedience to You. Whatever in my life stops me from walking in close relationship to You, take it away and help me to take more time to spend with You. I want to know You more each day.
Yours,
Jeff
